Chipotle Business Group, Inc. (CBGI) is dedicated to revolutionizing water analysis with its proprietary intellectual property for the rapid detection of micro-organisms, such as E. coli and Enterococcus, in water. The US Patent and Trademark Office notified us that we are getting a patent on our Single-step ImmunoSorbent Assay (SISA) and our SISA for Multiple Analytes. These are the rapid tests we are advancing for microorganisms and complex chemicals. We have abstained from seeking outside money until we can advance our technologies to a significant point. We should reach that point in about six months. Therefore, we are starting our search for outside investment. We will be looking for $500,000 to supplement Texas money and get to market and up to $2,000,000 to do that and pay back the state. We are limited to convertible debt otherwise we trigger the event that sets the state’s strike price on their warrants. For additional

uShip.com operates a website that helps individuals and businesses that have something they need transported, such as cars, boats, LTL freight and furniture, to find reliable service providers to handle the load. Unlike a directory or classifieds site, uShip.com uses a reverse-auction style format where transporters bid against each other to win the job, which drives down the final price to the consumer. uShip.com, the global online shipping marketplace, announced it has surpassed $125M in business transacted in just five years, two-thirds of which occurred during the recession. In 2009, uShip’s revenues doubled versus 2008 and the company also enhanced local settings for customers in the UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Launched in 2004, uShip turned profitable in 2008. eBay item shipments on uShip have topped $30 million and 900,000 shipments have been listed on uShip since 2004. Matt Chasen is now CEO of the 50-person company, which has stayed true to his original vision: connect people with transporters to make shipping more efficient and affordable.
