This award, valued at more than $100,000, includes servers, related equipment, software and consulting services. The award goes to the top Internet -related venture that is launching.

Motorola Award for Excellence - $15,000

First Runner-Up - $3,000

These awards recognize the top teams that best combine an innovative venture idea, an excellent business plan and an outstanding presentation to demonstrate most convincingly an attractive investment opportunity.

Awards Within Each Division of the Opening Round

Honorable Mention
This award is available for teams that have outstanding written plans and presentations but do not win their division.

Outstanding Business Plan
This award recognizes the business plan that best demonstrates superior writing and analytical skills, and that best reflects marketing, management, and financial acumen in a clear, concise and convincing manner.

Outstanding Presentation
This award recognizes the presentation that best exemplifies superior oral, visual and interactive skills, and that best demonstrates poise, professionalism, and an ability to think on one's feet.
